:-[ :-[ dis was da shocking moment of my life ever, i got 4 reasons of refusal, wht da hell happened 2 VO, i was badly shocked 2 c da refusal reasons,
refusal reasons
1 family tie-ups in India- hell man, m da only son who is taking care of my parents who r retired and running successful business
2 personal assets- showed property worth 70 lakh on my name and 1 crore+ on da name of parents
3 less income n assets which dn not support me while visiting canada- showed 4.5 lakh in savings ( India) and $8000 ( Canada)
4 did not provide sufficient documents 2 support u while in canada ( showed hell bundle of docs)

bloody hell man, i had all da docs n annual return of 3.5 lakh and savings good travel history n all tht, da time i opened da courier i wish i could have gun in my hands, shit man, ***** off,

I know its really sad. They just don't want to give spouse visa that is the only reason.You know it happen to me also twice.

They don't have any other reason just one reason for all no ties because spouse is in Canada.

bt dese r nonsense reasons 2 refuse sm1's visa, its really hurting, now i dnt know wht 2 do in such situation, m helpless,
wht r da chances if i re-apply, bcoz i prepared very strong documents on da refusal points tht is hurting me very much

hey guys few dayz ago i raised da topic on dis forum tht if ur passport dispatched on monday or tuesday, is it mean refusal inside???


ya now i can say der is, bcoz i hve seen many cases including ME, people whose PP dispatch on mon or tues many chances of refual r der nt 100% bt approx 80% u'll find refual inside, and i hve been through dis forum deeply and hve seen da people who got da refusals der PP was dispatched on monday or tues, my PP was dispatched on mon and 2day i got it wid bloody refusal,

nt yet brother, bt da reasons dey gave me for refusal after that m nt feeling lyk 2 go der, already asked my wife 2 come back, hopefully she will b back 2 india after finishing dis semester, dnt want 2 try for nxt time, bcoz i showed my best docs so if i did'nt get da visa on best ,now frm where i can arrange better dn tht, hopefully planning 2 going back 2 Australia atleast v will get visa together, n i will get full time work permit, so bye bye 2 canada

i hve been 2 australia, uk , singapore, malaysia, and also had schenegan visa too but still after all tht got da refusal,

Man i really feel bad...they took almost 40 days and the reply came in negative. Let's see what happens in my case. I thought your spouse was a canadian citizen but i guess shes there on a student visa right? It will suck so bad if i cant get this. Chances look pretty slim

jsingh if u did not get d visa with very strong case then no body can get visa in future.they make only false excuses.nothing else.

whn i filled da form i wrote der tht i am going 2 stay for 25 dayz, and i showed approx $7000 in my a/c, and evn my wife showed 8000 in her a/c in canada,

so wht if i re-apply????? m planning for something try again n again n again, and keep trying until i get da visa, i dnt know i will get da visa or nt bt atleast dey will pay some coffee bills frm my visa fee ;D every month dnt loose hope guys, it was nt in my destiny, it does'nt mean tht u'll get da same, i already said sometimes dey issue visa 2 dose people who dnt hve right papers n sometime dey refuse such strong cases so guys dnt worry n keep trying

yea man don't lose hope you had a genuine case there. Keep trying - you will succeed one day...ill most probably be getting the same letter as you did man infact i dont even own a business nor do my parents they are retired.

I have traveled to Canada before on TRV though but that was before I was married so lets see....
