Student permit

Currently work permit holder here, i will be applying for the hccp this month, my son is 15 yr old, do l need to fill up a form for his study permit?

I have the same question. My sister is applying for HCCP and she has 2 kids 15 and 11 along with the Spouse. Do she has to fill form 1294 for each of those or this is not required as this Form is not listed under Document Checklist pdf.

Please advise.

I called the cic, they s

they said we need to fill out 1294 form.

but 1294 form is for students who are taking admission in any course from outside.. as that needs information on universities/colleges.

How kids under 18 can provide those details..
