Student Permit Renewal

Hi Guys,

Need your insights guys. Me and my wife came to Canada last Dec 2018, I am under Student permit and my wife is under Open Work Permit and both of our permits will be expiring soon so we are planning to renew our permits online. And one question in the MyCIC is "Medical exam performed by authorized panel physician within the last 12 month?"

Question, do we need to do another medical exam before we can renew my student permit and the open work permit for my wife?
