Hey,Satyapal here

I have completed my Btech In IT with 8.43 CGPA and got offer letter of University of Windsor for Master's program.
So I am planning to apply on Non-SDS category.
Here are the things i will put in my file:
IELTS: 6.5 (L:7,R:7,W:6.5,S:6)
GIC
Medical
4000$ deposit recipt of university
And bank sanction letter of 15 LAC
And a FD of 2 LAC
ITR of my parents of 2 years
--> I am just not paying the 1 year fee as my bank will provide loan amount after my visa will be approved.
Other than that i am concern about my 12th marks as here in gujarat i have 11-12 the combine matksheet consist of 4 semester and in thay my marks are around 60% , but if we consider of only 12th then they are below 50%, even i failed in 2 subjects in the last semester.

So what are the chances of getting Non-SDS visa for canada?
Can property papers or home valuation can be included in file?

It totally depends on the Visa Officer and your luck with this scorecard. Apart from that the document list looks good and 6 IELTS in one subject might be an issue. Although people have got visa even with this. Try to get a language proficiency letter from your University if possible.

Definitely attach property documents and mention in SOP that with these documents you are showing strong ties to India, to which you will return upon completion of your studies.

I am in a somewhat similar situation as you were, Archit. I have a pretty much fully funded MASc offer from the University of Waterloo, but I received my rejection yesterday. I am not even sad, I am just so confused. Was your application approved the second time? Thanks.

My agent is saying to include details of our application for provincial nomination in the new SOP. But I feel we should not give the information that is not being asked for. Please advise what should we do

you contravented the condition of admission to canada?

but you said you have never entered before nor your daughter? better check carefully with her. unless the vo screwed up real badly but its rare for them to reject on this basis

furthermore did they say anything about misrepresentation and a 5 year ban?
Hi Do you think while reapplying we should include details of our provincial nomination application. The visa officer has not put any such query for rejection

you must give a very good reason for applying for a study permit which is obviously to study AND applying for provincial nomination which is obviously for WORK.

they can definitely tell that you applied for both for sure unless they are incompetent. as such, dont be surprised when they reject your study permit attempt for not being a bona fide student for example.
We are applying study permit for my daughter and provincial nomination was filled by my husband but we never got invitation to apply then the file got closed. I need to know should we mention about our PNP in my daughter's SOP

Yes, my application was approved the second time. Here's the post about that - https://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/threads/letter-of-explanation-for-refusal-review-thoughts.568210/#post-7039097

I am guessing while filing the nomination, your husband would have applied for entire family including your daughter? If yes, then I would definitely mention it on my application. You can just add a line on SOP mentioning it but at the same time emphasize that she will return to her home country upon completion of studies with concrete facts and documents.

Did you get any letter from the University in support. I am trying for that but not sure if we will get the same.

6.0 IELTS in one band is definitely NOT an issue. I got 7.5 overall, 6.0 in Writing and I got my application approved in 16 days without SOP.

Yes, you are right. Just checked the requirements it is 6.5 minimum overall and 6.0 minimum in individual subjects. I was under the impression it was 6.5 minimum for individual subjects too.
