I am going to re apply should I write a cover letter stating the reasons for me to come back from Canada after my course is over since my family is completely settled here I will be coming back here for my future so a cover letter would be better?

Near to one month.. some 30-35 days...

i provided loan approval letter but they still denied me based on financial status and personal assets what can you say about that please.
