Student permit for family members

Hi
does anybody in here have any experience or know anything relate on how to sponsor a under age family member(nephew) for a student permit?
there is not much in CIC page about underage applicant and sponsorship. My nephew he is 13 and he will be coming with my sister (she is applying under LIC).
they got the request for medical and now we are waiting for a reply from the CIC in my country
