I believe you shouldn't do that most of the people have created fake profile to grab your hard earn money ..You can search your place online during your quarantine period. in my case I got quarantine package place from my University at reasonable price (750 CAD which includes 14 days stay, 3 times meal and airport pickup which I believe is really cheap) and I have few classmates who are PR holder there and they are helping me to get a rental property ....best option is to go there and extend your quarantine place for 1-2 days and talk to the rental property owner during your quarantine period and visit those places once your quarantine is over.
Whao, good to know! What is the name of the school in Toronto. Since there is the opportunity to study virtually until April of next year, why not consider staying in the USA till end of next semester if you will still be in status then. Are you working on OPT or currently studying? In my case, I am on STEM OPT second year and would like to make a few bulks before leaving for Canada. Also, I would like to arrive in Canada during the Summer(Spring) when my school(program) will be on break. By so doing, I can have enough time to settle down with my family, run around to put things in place, if possible hustle for part time jobs before the school resumes again in September.
Yeah..I am doing 1 year master's from Ryerson and my course will be over by mid of August and i dont want to take risk on my PR application so want to study from Canada to get Canadian education points since I have read in many blogs that 50% course should have been done in canada to get Canadian education points even through you are doing it online from there. I am on H4 visa so i thought better to do it from there to be on the safer side since i am securing enough points to get PR just after finishing my studies for that I just need Canadian education points.
