Goodday everyone,
I know there is a convoluted method for TRV holders to change to a study permit by making a paper application OUTSIDE CANADA (either through their home country or the USA) with some exceptions who can apply online. My question is after receiving the study permit surely the individual is already in Canada, so how does the person go about ACTIVATING the study permit since the approval is a letter of introduction which must be presented to the border official at the point of entry in order to commence the study permit.
Please if you have gone through this process or have detailed knowledge of how it goes then let me know.Thank you.Because my intuition tells me such a person has to visit the border control or something of such a nature but the details I surely do not know.
