I received a mail from "donotreply@cic.gc.ca" in my primary inbox stating that i have a new message in my account, and when i opened my GCkey account i had the passport request.

Just received passport request after one refusal for JAN 2020.
SDS online

applied for the second time - 18th November
Biometrics- already updated
Medical updated- 29th November
Application approved and PPR- 2nd December.

My biometrics got updated the same day I applied (18th November) and I got the Biometrics correspondence letter along with the PPR at 10:34 pm IST

What change did you do in the 2nd applocation?. What was the reason for 1st refusal?

Yes the main change was in my SOP. I added a letter of explanation too. Also for finances and ties to home country I added a CA evaluation certificate and Property evaluation certificate. Also removed all excess documents that i had uploaded in my previous application.
