I applied on 12 nov...biometrics on 14 and my visa hasn’t still arrived 
Even now this week has passed on.

Even I applied on 12th November.. and Biometrics done and updated on 15, Medicals updated on 21st, 26th I got acknowledgement mail that my application is received.. there was no update in portal from 14 days.
I dont know what is the process they are following.. I heard it depends on where your application goes for review. Iam not sure whether that is correct or not
I got to know this today. My friend applied with me after 4 days. He got his Visa today and he didn't get any such acknowledgement mails also.
At what time did his mail arrive?.....and I think acknowledgement mail is for once who get rejected....I am not sure but I am dicey
