Did you file online SDS ?

If yes and 20 Business days are over then file web form else it will be of no use.

my agent says he has filed under general category and on my gckey acc it simply shows online application...so not sure

I think for General you have to wait 45 days.. Rest not sure.

My eligibility review hasn’t started yet, can someone tell me that anyone got their visa approved with same situation. I am tensed everyone getting their visas but mine eligibility hasn’t started yet sometime i think may be its a technical error but all the people who got visas stated that their eligibility has started so im worried can anybody help.

Sometimes they update the application at once.
Maybe they'll update your eligibility review and later send correspondence letter in the same day.
Don't worry for this.

Don't worry i got visa today morning and till last night my eligibility was not started but today morning eligibility process is reviewing but i got decision.. So i think it may be updated late!!
