Okay,because my agent doesnt want to give the gc key and i always have to wait for them to update me.

same here even background check is in progress from the date when i submitted file.

I think background check will be completed when we get decsion but i m worried about eligibility review why it is not started yet, though i read some posts about technical issue in eligibility review but still in those cases their review was started but when they got their decision its still showing under process but mine hasn’t started i am just hoping everything to be normal
