I have over 7 yrs work experience in media production and management. Can anyone tell me if my bachelors percentage will be a reason for visa rejection. Or because I have a gap of 7yrs between my last and future study??

Country- India
10th standard- 8.8 CGPA ( CBSE 2010 )
12th standard- 92.8% ( Commerce; CBSE 2014 )
Course chosen- Business Administration Diploma
( 2 years ) with Accounting speciality

IELTS - L-8 S-7 R-9 W-7.5
Financial proof -GIC + 1 semester fees paid in
advance & rest of the second semester money in
my account.
No job experience. Never been to other country
and will mention about my previous tourist visa
rejections for UK.
I will attach the required forms like student
questionnaire; family information form etc and a
good SOP.
Father's a farmer so no ITR ( as per Indian I-T
law ) and has around 6-7 lakhs ($11000 -
$12500) p.a income from all sources.
P.S - My old passport was lost; will this be a
problem?

The toronto campus(if 2 floors of a building means campus!) is terrible, the sarnia one is comparatively bigger but its located in a remote area.

My strategy : instead of SPP colleges from Ontario, I intend to opt for the 2 year PBDM in Marketing from TRU (Thompson Rivers University), work in Calgary / Edmonton from September to December in both years to create network and gain experience. On completion of course permanently shift to Calgary, work for a year on PGWPP and apply for PR from Calgary (Alberta PNP) under Canadian Experience Class.

Polytechnic diploma in computer science from 2007 to 2010 with 52%.
2010 to 2011 gap due to supply in diploma
B.tech in computer science from 2011 to 2014 recent with 63% with 7 backlogs.
Now i want to apply for student visa again in general. My main questions are-
1)should i apply again for masters of computer science. Is there any chances of getting visa?
2)if yes,i heard that in Manitoba chances are more to get student visa..is it true?
3)what are the less fee universities for masters in computer science?
