I read somewhere that under SDS rule you have to be living in the country . However in my case , I graduated my schooling from Nepal and worked in Nepal as well . Can I still apply under SDS ?

Nepal is not in SDS approved list. But anyways as per the current scenario, Nepal's acceptance rate is more than 70%. So, good luck.
