Student/COOP permit extension

Hello everyone, do you know if you can apply to extend your study and COOP work permit at the same time (in the same application)?

This is what I did in my study permit extension application and I only received the study permit... even though I had made it clear that I still had internships to do (with supporting letter from the university). I'm a little worried and I don't know what to do (I have internships to do in September).

If you applied for extending your work permit - Change Conditions, Extend my Stay or Remain in Canada as a Worker - then wait. The applications may not be processed or reviewed at the same time. If you are in Canada, call IRCC to make sure that all documents submitted.

Well when you went online you would have completed both forms not just the one for extending a study permit.

When i did the application for my first student permit they gave me the student permit and the COOP work permit at the same time. I didn't have to do 2 different applications... So I did the same for the extension..

As long as you filled out the forms and submitted. Again processing times are different for each. If you want, call IRCC to make sure you submitted the extension for the co-op permit.
