Idk much abt this, but in option ( c ) is good because more interest and in it, the no tax card! that sounds even better :)

what you want is :

1. no monthly fee
2. unlimited transactions

These 2 will be the ones that really add up at the end of the month. If you get an added benefit on top of that, thats a perk.

Compare with other banks. sometimes, promotions are not heavily advertised. Just walk into a bank and ask them what is available to you as a student. Bank employees will go above and beyond to get your business and can offer things not advertised anywhere. You can technically bargain a good deal, maybe even a credit card.

I wouldnt worry about interest rates at the moment. Any kind of savings rate you get is non-existant. high rate savings accounts usually require a minimum balance at all time which can be quite high for some accounts.

You might also want to check with smaller credit unions as they can offer competitive value compared to the big banks.
