Stuck with Medicals.......

Hello,
I have applied supervisa for my father and his medical is stuck due to spot found in lungs. Ten years ago he had TB. Thats why embassy asked him to go for sputum test which is negative. Can somebody ensure me that will he get his visa or not?

Its done is to confirm its latent and not active. There is a possibility he might get medical surveillance. But haven't heard or read about a case refused due to TB.
