I have applied student visa online on 18-jan-17, but was out of access to online payment options such as master card or visa card, so i submitted application at that time and submitted fee online next day but that fee was paid as a general user, it was not linked to that application. i've used web case specific forum twice and local immigration email thrice, but got not a single response from either side. i have my classes scheduled on 6th of march, and now here i am with no clue what to do now. visa officer said withdraw your application than apply by hand again. withdrawal would easily take 1+ month and i have not a single day to waste. I've already applied for refund. any one could please help me?

I will advice that you submit enquiry to withdraw your application. And apply online or use apply. If you are applying online, make sure you have master/visa card. If there is any technical difficulties in payment, DO NOT SUBMIT!!!! Quickly exit and login again after some time and proceed to payment. You should't have problems with payment through CIC Account!

My doubt is, since your payment didn't go through, it could mean your application haven't even reached them. If you think you can't wait to hear from them on withdrawal, use paper application and write letter explaining what happen. I guess they will understand.willi_mian said:
true that but the problem is my application is submitted into their account as I have tried linking it with other account to confirm that either it is added into the database or not. Yes it was there. So re-applying by hand could cause repetition for the same case and may make it crucial for my application. Apart from that, I have also sent them separately paid fee receipt via web-form but got no response.Lashen said:
