Hello.
PLEASE ADVICE:
Because my parent lived in USA in the past, now the only missing document is FBI background check for parent sponsorship. The problem is that NO ONE IN IRAN Provides a fingerprint sample signed by an organization or authority or police. We must send that fingerprint sample to FBI. Feeling hopeless as we don’t know what is the solution for this! PLEASE ADVISE!

Can they travel to other countries that provide such services?

You don’t need it signed by anyone. Just do the fingerprints yourself and send them in. Send a few different attempts. That’s what my husband did and he got his fbi rap sheet with no problem.
