Stuck at "We have received the additional documents you provided."

Hey everyone,
I am waiting for news for my Permanent Resident in-Canada application. I was asked to deliver an Original Police Certificate with translation with the deadline of 1st November. I have uploaded a digital copy on the 17th October, and sent the original files to on the next day.

I have heard people got their DM's who applied on the same date. I am still waiting for the files to be reviewed. Is this normal? Any advice?

Any update for the status of the documents. I am also the same
