Stuck at eligibility not started but BGV completed

Hi all,

I applied for EE under CEC on Feb06th 2024. Currently my application stuck at eligibility not started but all other section like BGV, BIL and MIL marked as completed. Anyone faced this issue before please advise. Thanks

Here’s the timeline
AOR : Feb06th 2024
BIL : Apr 18th 2024 completed
MIL : Apr 18th 2024 completed
BGV : May 15th 2024 completed
Eligibility: not started
PVO : Edmonton

Biometric - 1st May
from that day onwards, portal is showing the status of eligibility and background check in progress.
its 2 month now, not sure what to do. Called IRCC and they are saying nothing pending from my side.
