Processing time is what I see is on an average 3 months but if you are too lucky you can get it within a month also.

Go ahead and apply asap, you might make it if your application is complete. Also, you could apply for March intake, suit yourself.

I don't wanna disappoint you but the processing time for Pakistan is almost 3 months. So it would be very hard for you to get the visa for Jan intake. I applied in August for the Jan 2017 intake and I'm still waiting for a decision

Infact I have acceptance letter of Jan.2016 intake. So is not it matter for CIC in visa processing.

Letter of Acceptance for Jan 2016 intake will not be valid fot Jan 2017 intake. Ask for a new letter for Jan 2017 by just deffering it if possible.

If I apply with acceptance letter for jan 2016 and get successful with study permit approval. And after that I get deferred acceptance lettre. Will it works?

These days People are getting decisions in a month also. Apply as soon as possible you will get your decision before Jan dear...
