I have been here for here as an international student, the money my parents could buy at least couples houses here... So did many of us Nicole. Every single person in this forum must have spent a huge amount of money, so, you are not the only one who is going through tough times. What I am saying here, everyone case is unique, u don't understand my situation. EXACTLY Nicole, every case is unique and thats why they must be taking some time to wrap up your file. How come you want everybody to understand that your case is unique when it comes to hardships but where application processing is concerned, you expect to be treated same as everybody else?
To be honest, in my opinion, everything is about policy, on the surface, it is about the wage increase issue, but there might be something hidden we don't knowCould be, Nicole, but it DEFINITELY is not because the entire PAFSO team has decided to delay the process just to delay Nicole1006's application. There is no conspiracy theory here. The PAFSO members are not out to get you or anybody else.. Also, Canadian government is in debt almost, if they really increased the wage for their employee, they have either cut other budget or put the taxes on people in canada. Government would take out the money from their pocket... As a result, it is not longer the Problem between union and government, but the whole societySo are you worried abou the Canadian society as a whole or are you worried about just your application?.
In addition, the foreign worker is a dream job for many people, they have good pay and good benefit. I am sure many people inside the union is satisfied with it. They want to go back to work. I believe it must have the policy reason behind the strikeMaybe. But you can be rest assured that in that policy personal applications is not a point of consideration. They would be considering application delays as a whole not individual applications.
