strange position (need advice )

Hi all

i have sent my application since 28/12/2009
nova scotia office according to the new list rules
anyway, after 2 months i got nothing , so i sent an inquiry e mail to london visa office (as i mentioned it to complete my file and i couldnt find any e mails for nova scotia office )

they answered me that : according to our records , a letter has sent to you dated by 14/1/2009 , and we ask you to wait the mail before asking further information

i have been waiting untill now , besides i sent onther 2 e mails to london and letter to nova scotia asking only for my file no. because most likely i was asked in that lost letter to submit my documents before 14/5/2009 (120 days from the letter date )

and surprisingly, this time they didnt answer me at all neither canada nor london (every inquiry was at least 20 days apart)

and my time is running out , its only about 40 days left,what do you suggest to do :
1- send fax or make direct phone call to london again, although they asked to dont send the same inqury more than once ?and they already didnt answer the past inquiries?

OR make an attorney speak to them alyjough i didnt use a representative paper in my intial file ?

OR send my documents anyway although i didnt receive file no. or letter to put it with my documents?

please . i am so anxiuos and need to share thoughts with you all

In the letter - I mean AOR they wrote "Please provide this letter to your CIC office". So if you just sent your documents they will be incomplete without this letter.
Why you don't try to call to Sydney NS? I think they have phone somewhere in the site of CIC.

i know that i have to attach a copy of this letter,besides i have to write my file no as well ,but i have nothing else to do .it is just a move to break the silence
the only phone mentioned for nova scotia is a toll free and you have to be inside canada to call them ,anywhere else you may contact your local visa office ,that was they said in the website.in addition i already sent a letter to them and got nothing too

If you have some friends in Canada or relatives ask them to make phone conversation with Sydney NS. Unfortunately your letter is lost somewhere and this happens because they use conventional post delivery.

Since Sydney doesn't accept phone calls no number is listed, contact London again and ask for a copy of the letter to mailed.

Actually my documents were sent from my relatives who lives in Canada. They sent the papers with address for correspondence their own address. In the application I filled my own address of course. But I have made my first step through Canada.

this statement has been written on the cic guide :

To authorize CIC to release information from your case file to someone other than a representative, you will need to complete the form Authority to Release Personal Information to a Designated Individual (IMM 5475) which is available on our website at: www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/release-info.asp.
The person you designate will be able to obtain information on your case file, such as the status of your application. However, they will not be able to conduct business on your behalf with CIC.

so i doubt that it will be correct to let another person to make phone call in behalf of you

i am out of ideas now and just waiting to refuse me due to not sending the documents

what makes me mad is whyyyyyy they didnt reply to my inquiry ?? i just want to know my file no. and they said that he already sent it ???

The real problem is that the letter from Sydney NS is lost. Can you understand where and when this was happened? I mean your Post Officers must know something....

and they answered me in the main post office that they cant help me as the letter was not registered ,even i searched all stacked letteres which has not labeled there but useless
maybe my address was not clear or even written i am not sure,but i hope only they answer me in the canadian visa office in london and say what i suppose to do
