Strange Document Checklist

I have just completed filling out the application form after ITA, and got my document checklist. It looks pretty strange:

1- Requires multiple PCCs, but I haven't lived in another country for more than 6 months.
2- Requires multiple National ID, I only have one.
3- Requires multiple Passports, I only have one.
4- Requires proof of employment from my spouse, but we never claimed points for those employment records since they are outside Canada.
5- Requires proof of education from my spouse, but we never claimed points for education, in other words, no ECA.
6- Requires a legit digital photo from my 2 month old daughter. How am I supposed to do that?

In terms of the word 'Multiple', this is a generic term. Only applies to you if you had:

1) More than 1 passport
2) More than 1 PCC as you lived in various countries more than 6 months
3) National IDs again goes hand in hand if you have more than 1 passport making you a citizen of more than 1 country
4) Remove from work and add to personal history
5) Remove from Education section
6) Photo you have no choice but to get. Refer to the PR photo specs

Its a standard checklist. Dont bother about the word multiple.

@JoacRy, about items 4 & 5, are you sure that won't constitute misrepresentation or problems to a lesser degree? It is really strange for CIC to not think of these things... I know for a fact that in 2014 when we applied they didn't require any employment letters or proof of education from my spouse... So you should be right, but I still find it very unsettling to say no education but to mention it in personal history. It sounds very conflicting, and potentially hazardous.

Can you or anybody else vouch for this approach with some reference (links etc.)?

What @JoacRy advised is absolutely correct.

What you don't get CRS points for has no business in your work history section.

For everything else that you want to convey to CIC without falling into the trap of misrepresentation and/or have no valid (as per CIC) supporting documents for (and CIC won't ask for it) and/or anything that you feel is pertinent to mention but CIC doesn't have a section/place for to write, qualifies to be put in the personal history section.

Well, okay then... But then again, why does CIC not mention specifically that you are only supposed to fill this section if you are claiming points? They don't say that. I feel like I am trying to cut corners, and that is never any good. On the other hand, we cannot find my wife's diplomas. She is from another country, and we probably either left it in her country or lost them at some point moving apartments... So I cannot provide them even if I wanted to...

If you mention these in personal history section, you won't need to. And you can include an LoE if you want to.
