Calculation of 69 is correct. Is your IELTS and WES report still valid?

Are you entering the required amount of funds? Are you choosing Primary NOC as 2174?
Yes, both IELTS (appeared in Aug 2014) and WES (done in Oct 2015) are still valid.
I've shown 14800$ as funds and yes primary NOC is 2174.

Can you think of anything at all that you're doing incorrectly while creating your profile? Any doubts at all on any field?

Are you single? If married, you'd need to declare more fund. 15,143 or more to be exact. If single, your fund is alright and you'd need to check other areas in application for probable mistakes.

In last application the response I received was :
- not having a valid language test (not correct as per my knowledge)
- language test results that are more than two years old (not correct as per my knowledge)
- a language test score that is too low (Overall, points satisfy the criteria as checked, not sure why this response)
- not having enough relevant work experience (3 year continuous work experience)
- not having the required education level (PG degree, equivalent to masters, confirmed by WES)
- not having enough funds (Here is the problem, I made a mistake, here Arrrrgh..!! )

In the above responses, I agree with only funds that I entered incorrect, but why IELTS, Work Exp, and education level was not considered, I don't know.

Another, question, If I apply again now, what do I need to select in the question that " Have I applied for immigration to canada before ? "
Would the earlier ineligible profile be considered as a full fledged application ? (sounds stupid question, but want to clarify ::)

Answer No. Creating a EE profile isn't the same as applying to CIC.

I'm getting confused between terms application and profile now.
I have an application number generated for previous application/profile, do I need to link this when I apply again ?

Application/profile are used interchangeably. No, you don't need to link the previous ineligible profile - it is just system garbage.

How come funds is the problem? You did have $14800 for funds right?
