Stole work permit!

Hi guys, I need your help,

I am traveling in Europe and someone stoled my backpack with all my stuff and my work permit was there

I'll go back Canada in a couple of week so I don't have time for apply and get a new one. Somebody know if I will have some problem is the border if I just go there with a copy? Is it possible that they print a new one in the border?

I have the police report but is in Italian, do you thing is a good idea translate the document?

With the work permit I don't need the ETA, do you thing that now I should apply for ETA?

I am applying for permanent residency and I already got my AOR, so I will travel with this email and the copy of the work permit

Hi

You need an eTA in order board a plane to travel to Canada.

CBSA should be able to print you a new work permit when you enter. I wouldn't bother translating the police report.
