hi bro .
I have transfered on 27th and yesterday i checked with scotia they have recieved the money .. and i requst them to give me gic certificate .
They said might be today you can rec it .
Hope for best .. what about you .. you should have recieved it by yesterday what i feel

i called them yesterday india time 9 pm and canadian time 10:30 am .
I have transfered through PNB punjab national bank ahmedabad .
How come u transfered on 26th and i did on 27th your money should be rec one day prior to mine .. check wtih your bank definetly some fishi .. check the tt paper and recheck all the details in that there is not mistake at all ..

Hey even I paid my Gic on 27th from bank of baroda !
When i called them last night at 8.30 pm IST they said they have not received my funds yet !
I am too worried now ; (

Dont' worry, it will take minimum 7-8 business days. so , if you paid GIC on 27th , you will get it on 5-6 December definitely.ConfusedGirl93 said:

little weird please friends dont worry will get it today my heart says .. it take 5-6 days .. and believe that by friday should get GIC .. so that by monday you can put visa file.

definetly should apply.. lot of people are applying after dead lines it also depend case to case .. like when u get the acceptance letter from college and how many days you took to proceed if its genuine than its fine .. and if delay from your own side due to personal reason it might effect ..but still if the profile is genuine they will give visa nothing to worry ..
Simple your destiny says that you will go canada than you will whatever and whenever .. if it says no it means whatever we do we cannot ..

I transferred my gic on 29th but bank told me they transfered on 1st DEC I called Scotia bank they haven't receive money yet...
and frnd I made wire transfer from SBI and they made some minor spelling mistake.. bank told me it doesn't matter
but what you say guyz anyone get rejection due to this ???

Yes definitely we must go ahead and apply !
We cannot wait for another few months inspite of having paid all the money!
My agent assured me that by 10th dec we can apply !
I know of a person who applied on 17th dec under spp and got a visa !
We need to be positive and not lose hope ! We will go through this !
Scotia bank told me that I should call them tonyt or tmrw to chk for the funds !
Lets stay positive and hope for the best

Do not worry I called scotia bank i was worried about the bank address mismatch so they told me they do not have any problem there shouldnt be a problem untill and unless the money has been transferred from the students account and from a bank in India that is their only concern ! So nothing to worry
