Below is my time-line, the visa office that is processing my application is the London office, though during the initial application to the CIO I indicated that I am single but when I was asked to submit full application documents to London visa office, then I became married and included my wife in the application. I have been waiting for medical for 2 and 1/2 months according to when my application status became 'In process'. It became in 'In process on April 22, 2010. Please seniors and everyone advise me as I am highly frustrated now.

Calm down. How many months they told you not to bother them in the second AOR? So, unless those months are up, get hold of yourself.
There are so many things to do before you move to Canada. Some of them: quite smoking, visit dentist (for example pull wisdom teeth out, at least that is what I did a few days ago ;D ), gather memorabilia you want to take with you, try to learn some French etc.
