Still waiting for medical request

Below is my time-line, the visa office that is processing my application is the London office, though during the initial application to the CIO I indicated that I am single but when I was asked to submit full application documents to London visa office, then I became married and included my wife in the application. I have been waiting for medical request for 2 and 1/2 months according to when my application status became 'In process'. It became in 'In process on April 22, 2010. Please seniors and everyone advise me as I am highly frustrated now.

We received your application for permanent residence on July 20, 2009.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on September 15, 2009. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Your application and supporting documents were received by the London England office. They are pending review.

We transferred your application to the London England office on September 22, 2009. The London England office may contact you.

Your application was reviewed and we started processing on April 22, 2010.

It mostly takes around 4~6 months once application is formerly put to processing which includes back ground check. I hope that you may receive your medical request by August 2010 inshallah.

Partly YES. It does mean that you are in the eligibility net based on the evidence supplied but preliminary back ground check will be carried out to ensure that documents and informationas are genuine.

Once they are sure about the genuinness and to the satisfaction criteria, CHC will request for medicals and RPRF. Even after medicals, there is said to be back ground check for criminal records but this stage comes when u supply your original passports for visa stamping.

This means as long as status is not changed to DECISION MADE....nothing is final
