Still Waiting - for File # and medical

HI!

Is now is 2nd month and still nothing from Buffalo - I still waiting for medical and file number they have about 3weeks to give me some answer - when You check a tracitt website every time line are different one get after 1 month second after 2 etc.
I have file# form money order confirmation but online status doesn't work. I heard that online status is update ones a while but when You call the government they tell You this website is update ones a week.
I have to be patient but sometimes You have enough - and everyday You come back home check a mail and nothing nothing nothing... nothing buhu!

It took me three months to get my AOR. Ecas cic is updated usually once a week on tuesdays as far as I know. Good luck. In my case i was able to see my ecas file number before i got the letter in the mail. GOOD LUCK AND BE PATIENT.

Hi Everyone!

I sent question about my application to Buffalo - (I did like they told me on the letter PNP - if Buffalo do not sent You any information to 12 weeks You can ask them what is going on with my application) I give them all information about me - and what they sent me - standard answer that process of application is within 20weeks if they need some extra information will inform me within that 20 weeks.

Now I am confused - they cashed my check 2 months ago and still processing my application? How long it take to see if everything is okay and sent me file number and medical request? I see people who sent application after me received that information.

I hope that email not extend a process time.

When I visit http://www.trackitt.com/canada-immigration-trackers/provincial-nominees I see that Buffalo have holiday or people do not update information - from July 02 2009 nothing change the same was June 23 2009.

I hope something start changing soon - in my case I still waiting for AOR and Medical is 3 months (

we sent our application last april 28 and they recieved it on may 4 as per money order encashment. we finally recieved AOR and medical request july 17. it takes about less than 12 weeks. just be patient after all CIC buffalo are still on the standard processing time as they what said that wait until 12 weeks.

within what timeframe do you have to do you medicals? .... is it 60 days?

yes, it should have to be done within sixty days.
