I have submitted my application without IELTS in first week of May, 2010, so far I didn't receive any reply form VO.

Can anybody advice, why it gets delay?

You mean this is your first submission?

typically it takes 3 months to get any reply from Immigration authority... should be hearing from them soon!

Hi,

Can you telll us whats your visa office ? Different Visa office have different time lines but mostly applicants get there 2nd AOR in maximum of 2 months . But if you are talking about the first stage submitting application at CIC then you should hear something soon as CIC currently processing the May first week applications.

I hope you are refering to CHC and not CIO. Which is your visa office. Check your ECAS status with your CIO file number
