yeah you can apply till 15 july which is teh last date to lodge your file in ambassy

are you talking about applying to the colleges/universities.If yes, then you can't apply now for sep. 2013 intake.

If you are talking about filing you VISA app. , then you have time.Generally one can't lodge visa before 1 month from the date of commencement of your course.But as the saying goes "every Visa file is handled differently".

For sept intake, you can still get admission if there are seats available in college.

Remember: Your last date for GIC money transfer (sept batch) is 26July.

You can file for Visa for sept intake till 1August.

So make preparations accordingly.

Hey incase if you don't find time to open a gic since time is slipping away u could pay of ur tuition fee for one term or a sem nd then show your bank loan sanctioned letter for living expenses
