Same situation. My application is received on May 26th under the NOC 2171. Till now My CC is not charged. I checked in ECAS, it shows no file found. I have sent a mail to CIC on Sep 18th and there no reply till now. Any suggestions are much appreciated.

Try calling CIC at the call center number. There is a specific set process to follow in order to reach an executive on the other side:

CALL 001 613 944 4000001 613 944 4000

IVR will guide you through, only point is that you have to not react when it asks you to enter your UCI or App no. After three times the call will be transferred to the agent.

The questions they ask to search an application

1. Family Name
2. First name
3. Date of birth

And to authenticate

1. Country of birth
2. Cell no

Hi question about settlement funds ... (re-applying for the 2nd time, no news yet for the 1st application)

I'm planning to re-submit this week I have a company loan and bank loan deductible to my payroll every payday. So it is reflected in my payslip. I know It's better to get a certification from the bank or our company, no question about that.

But just the same, can I not declare the salary or personal loans? The amortization is reflected my payslip as deduction. I was planning to submit an Income Tax Return as one of the proofs of really being an employee of our company and also to support my work reference letter. Although my salary in the work reference letter is different from the tax returns due to salary increase. please advise. I really want to submit this week since it's already November. NOC 1111

I also have applied under NOC 2171 and my application reached CIC on 13 june but till now no reply.

What about me ? I have sent my application at the end of April. But still there is no reply. I have emalied them on the 4th of September. Got a reply on the 20th of October and asked to send the name and date of birth according to the passport. Sent the requested information with an attached copy of my passport and a copy of my bank draft. But no reply to that email either. My bank draft was expired and not encashed. We are all helpless. What ever their decision is, I think they should be bit more active in such cases specially when the bank draft expires. Because country wise the bankdraft refund policies vary. Anyway in your case I think still you have some time and be patient. If you are a self applicant write to them and try to get a reply.

If I understand your question - you do NOT want to submit copies of your payslips in order to conceal the fact that there are amortizations which are deducted from your Salary on a monthly basis.

If so - does it make any difference to the total amount required for POF ? If not - can you not declare them in your liabilities ?

Also - what are the Company Loan and Bank Loan taken in lieu of ? Is it housing loan/ personal loan ? You can explain the entire matter in a cover letter if the whole thing does not reduce your required POF.

Else - you will have to get the Annual Gross Salary or Monthly Gross Salary specified in your Letter of Reference from the same company.
