Still no offer

hi all ,

Six months back I applied for a job and was selected for phone interview.
The interview went very well and they called me for personal interview after two days . The Vice President and director took my interview and said they really like me and also told that their interviewing more people and will get back to me in few weeks .
I mailed them after 1 month , still they told me to wait for few weeks.
Fast forward to Jan , I got email from them and they called me for 3rd interview and again VP and director took my interview,they gave the same answer amd said will get back to me in few says .But still no reply
They have remove the job posting from their website but are still posting on other job website
What should i do ?

Not sure anyone here can really advise but if were me I would move on to something else especially after 3 interviews from a VP and a director plus it has been 6 months since this started. If they eventually come back and you still have no other job then fine but if you have another job you are happy with then it will be their loss.

I would not even give them the courtesy of notifying them that you are withdrawing your interest given they have kept you on hold all this time, but that is just the way I would deal with it.

Here's the honest truth about what this means: They are having trouble finding a candidate they like. They think you are an OK candidate for the job but are hoping to find someone better.

I would recommend you continue looking for jobs elsewhere.
