Still no answer to our application, normal?

We sent in the PR application on May 22nd. They received it because I got the text, but since then I've not heard a thing. No emails. No letters. We tried calling but the call line keeps hanging up!

Is this normal? It's taking forever... That's 7 weeks. We're on week 8 now.

Not to worry, it takes from 2 weeks to 60 days roughly. Double check that your address and email was written correctly and be patient
