Hi all,
I know it might be little repeatition for you guys to tell me few things in brief but still request help here.
I am quite behind in application process and cannot find people who are most recent like 2012 CIC applicants, so asking the questions.

I received AINP nomination (Jan 2012) wtih expiration in June 2012.
I received my FBI fingerprint reports just now and I am ready to send application packet to CIC.

1. Do I need to notarize any document? One of the pages says "if required" type thing but others don't mention.

2. In brief, what happens after I send in application (assuming everything is okay). Please write steps in brief.

Chronologically -
CIC will requestMedical,
then Visa Interview in Buffalo, NY? (I am in Southern California),
then send passport to visa office?
what else?

3. I am on H1B from India with I-797 valid till March 2015. My previous H1B visa stamped on passport expired March 29, 2012. I don't plan to go to India now to attend visa interview and stamp again.
If CIC approves everything, I believe CIC will give a "visa" to enter Canada. How long they will give this visa for to enter Canada?
If I don't have H1b visa stamped on passport, how can I re-enter US?

Thank you in advance for your responses.

Hi! Karmavatar,
In my case I notarized all documents that do not required original. After ssending your application to Sydney Nova Scotia
they will review your application then encash your processing fee then you will get an aknowledgement receipt via e-mail.
after that your papers will submitted to Visa office that will process your medical and security check.
Try to join in this forum I learned many things from here.
