Steps for skilled Worker

Hello Friends,

I am trying to understand steps PR for Skilled Worker applying from USA,

1. Apply to Sydney, Canada, if everything goes fine, it takes 8-10 weeks to get response
2. then need to apply to USA office, e.g. Buffalo, NY where we submit all documents (certificates); which takes 4-7 weeks to get response

If above information is not correct, please correct it.

I am confused, what are the next steps, like interview, medical, I read in some thread AOR (what is this)?

Can someone please guide what are the all steps & expected (in normal case) time period for those steps.

Statistical information: Applications processed at Canadian visa offices
Skilled Worker applications received after February 26, 2008 (Federal)
October 1, 2008 to September 30, 2009
Current processing times for Federal Skilled Worker applications received after February 26, 2008 will be available with the next update, in January/February 2010. This will mark 12 months of processing upon which the processing times can be calculated.

anyways ... seems this question is not good enough, so no body is interested to answer....
