Steps and Proccessing Time of Quebec Immigration

Guys!

I am planning to create an account for Mon Project on 20th of June. I would like to understand the steps for Quebec immigration. As I learned from forum and other web sites, the steps are;

- Create an account of Mon Project (20th of June)
- Submit for Mon Project (Next intake in 2016)
- Obtain CSQ
- Then submit your application by mailing your all documents to NS Sydney office

After this step what is next?

And please dears, share your experience and knowledge about proccessing times of Quebec immigration. How long does it take each these steps? Totally how many months?

This is the only official processing time available in their site.

But I guess, it won't take this much as they had already said in earlier days of Mon Project that processing time will be legitimately reduced in their online tool.
