Step Wise Procedures of Attestation For WES of Metric, Inter & HEC

Hi can anyone tell me if ICAS required attestation only from HEC Islamabad? I am from Karachi and can get attestation from Karachi office easily.

Name Discrepency

Dear All,

Wish you all a very Happy new year 2016!!!

Q) On my all credentials (Matric-Inter-Bcom) my name appears as "Syed Jamal Naqvi" whereas on my NICOP it appears as "Jamal Naqvi", so my question are two:

1) While registering on WES online, should I use the name which I have on my transcripts or the one on my NICOP?
2) Other than WES would this name discrepancy will be an issue for the rest of the immigration process & do I need to get it fixed through NADRA?

That's a rule > Internationally your main identity is your passport. If there is a discrepancy in your passport name and educational documents then there might be a little problem.

For WES please use the name of on your educational credentials and passport as your WES report will have your name and this is how they gonna verify your education points.

Yes for WES use the name on transcript.

And it would be great if you can get the certificate from the nadra on that along with 'a legal document' thst is an affidavit mentioning that both of the name belongs to you.

There is one person on this forum who has 6 to 7 names at different stages of life and he submitted an affidavit mentioning that and CIC accepted that.

(e.g. i have done DAE and B.Tech(pass) as well and I want to get ECA for both) is it possible to get ECA for both programs in one application through WES/CES or do i need to send them a separate application and fees for each program (DAE & B.Tech)?

3. HEC for Bachelors and the diplomas you have.

Single envelope for HEC from you to WES [Sealed by HEC]

Make sure to write your WES Reference Number on the envelopes for error free and fast processing.

Academic Records Request Form Query!!!

Dear All,

Question) Academic Records Request Form is required for SSC & HSC. So for marksheet & certificate both the forms are required?

means 2 for SSC (Marksheet & Certificate) & 2 for HSC (Marksheet & Certificate).

Appreciate prompt reply as I will be doing WES by next week.

Hello ,

Can anyone tell me what is the procedure for the verification and attestation of SSC & HSSC marksheet and certificate from Federal Board Islamabad?
I am currently residing in Karachi so its not possible to go to Islamabad. WES requires secondary education documents as well for assessment. I had done my Higher education docs attestation from HEC already.

Do I need to send both intermediate and matric certificate and transcript to WES? or just the intermediate certificate and transcript verified from the board of intermediate along with academic record request form in an envelope signed and sealed by the controller of examination is enough?

I am confused since on WES website they have mentioned:

1. Certificate of examination issued by the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education
e.g. Intermediate Examination Certificate or Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) or any other certificate awarded by the Board

2.Mark Sheet/Result Card issued by the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education

IBCC is not required ..

Last year it was Inter board's requirement to get attested by IBCC first & then they will attestation for WES. But not any more
