is any one experienced since couple of das system is down. therefore I could not check attested status on hec web. please let me know if I should send hec sealed envelop without confirmation of online status

Can anyone tell me about a good connection in Karachi Inter Board? I submitted my documents for attestation through a friend but the fate of my documents is not known. My friend has been going to the Board Office regularly but he has been asked to wait for 'indefinite' time.

I will appreciate any help or contacts at the Board Office.

Yes you can send it as per my experience. I am not sure if WES or any other ECA authority check HEC online status.

usually the marksheet is given in 3 to 4 days if urgent fees is paid and the certificate section take 15 days if the DD/PO payment is used. Where did and what process did you friend opted.

Send it over, WES does not check the status online as mine does not shows any record of BE degree attestation (as it was already done by previous visa office.) still i got WES assesment

I have attested copies from IBCC and also verified copies from BISE. But bise is not agreeing to put IBCC attested copy in their envelope and seal. They are saying they will seal the envelope but not put IBCC copy in their envelope.

So please guide IBCC copies are required or not ????
Is anyone here got WES ECA roport without sending IBCC attested copies ??

Yes IBCC attested copies are not needed by WES for assessment.

IBCC attestation is not requirement and I got ECA without it. Which board is it ?

Dear Waliullah78,

You need to get the documents in board envelop with stamps on seals along with the signature. The marks sheet section guy can do that if you ask him but he will ask for some Mithai... I did not send the certificate copy but it can be obtained by certificate section by paying 1500 fees to Secretary board

i have sent to wes HEC attested documents plus ibcc attested? didnt send them fbise verified documents? shall i send them now or ibcc is enough??? so much confused
