Step Wise Procedures of Attestation For WES of Metric, Inter & HEC

DHL provides the evidence as well (the signed receipt by someone from receiving side). You can get it from DHL website by entering your tracking number. Secondly, WES takes 2 days to update the status after receiving documents.

According to DHL tracking service, doucments were delivered on 12th May and its now 18th May, something must have gone wrong...

Has anyone gone through the same problem?

Or it may be the case that since there was no mention of my WES Ref Number in or on the envelope. so it may not have been received by the concerned person/officer!

I have emailed them about my problem, but i dont think they will respond me inside a week or so, ill have to call them! Have to wait till tomo!

(Btw its their responsibility to send the doucments they receive to the concerned offices, what are they taking so much money for?)

Wait for couple of days, if problem will persist then write an email to them about your query and let them know ur parcel and its tracking number
and then give them a call through free calling system..as they put you in queue for half an hour or more.

I have already sent them an email mentioning the tracking number, will call them tomo InshaAllah..

For all those who are sending documents from Board without the request for academic form, DO MENTION THE REF NO ON THE ENVELOPE, else your envelope will not get to the concerned person!

I hope they get the envelope, and i hope i get my ECA report by the end of this month, its the only thing left in my application!

You have to send two envelopes. On by prepared and send by yourself, this will contain filled and signed application form, passport colored photocopy, degree colored photocopy, transcript color photocopy and payment detail (credit card details or bank draft). 2nd Envelop, this will be normal photocopies that university will put in an envelope and seal that, after that it is best if university can send those to CES otherwise handover to you the sealed envelope and you send that yourself with FROM address of university.

i have to send orignal degree or colored photocopy attsted by controller of uni?
and would i send it in seperate envelope or in the same with other docs?

i am worried please help. today my WES status shows "not acceptable resend documents according to WES requirement" however i sent my university degree + marksheet attested and sealed by HEC. i dont know what is lacking and what to send again to avoid same mistake. I also sent my ACMA degree equivalence certificate (equivalent to MCOM) duly attested by HEC along with graduation documents....where could be the mistake .... i hv e mailed them but expecting the same standard reply ...go to required documents section

WES requires all four:

1. SSC
2. HSC
3. Bachelors
4. Masters (if applicable)

So far, I have submitted SSC documents to WES and today I got reply that they have accepted it and waiting for HSC / Bachelors / Masters documents.

So, SSC is 100% required.

Bro I submitted my Bachelors already and accepted and this is the reply I received which means only HSC is required no SSC is required.


Please be advised that Secondary school documents (e.g. Intermediate
Examination Certificate or Higher Secondary Certificate HSC) must be
submitted directly to WES by the Board of Intermediate and Secondary
Education for evaluation along with all higher education documents.

All documents must be submitted as instructed for your country of
education. Carefully review what and how to submit your documents.
Failure to adhere to these requirements could delay your credential
evaluation/assessment.

Bro I submitted my Bachelors already and accepted and this is the reply I received which means only HSC is required no SSC is required.

and I got following reply in email

Not sure what's correct now. May be some other members who have submitted can comment on this whether SSC is required or not.

Guys I did my ECA in 2013 and only submitted University digree and Transcript attested from HEC in sealed envelope.
And got WES equivalency in 7 days.

But I can see some changes in documents requirement on their website as I was doing registration for my brother.

Its not mentioned on WES website to send colored photocopies..they only said to send photocopies...again something confusing...and one more thing there is a transcript form which university needs to fill to issue transcript and it is some new kind of PDF format where i typed my side and when i go to the side where the university needs to type its not working..i am not able to type there..and its clearly mentioned there to print or type the name...what is all this...

And one more thing its clearly mentioned on the site that if a person has done one or more years of post graduation than they dont need to send secondary school certificates at all...but people are sending..i am confused again..
