Step Wise Procedures of Attestation For WES of Metric, Inter & HEC

Hi All,

Any one from Karachi who have been successful in getting ECA recently.
Hope anyone can help from Karachi.

I have got my HSC certificate and Mark sheet attested by IBCC KHI office. I ask them to place in envelope sealed and stamp. It was placed in IBCC envelope with tape on the flap and stamp on the tape.I have collected the envelope and send it to WES thru TCS by myself.
Yesterday I got an email from WES that the documents are not accepted reason "The document was not received from the institution or the appropriate examining body that awarded the degree/diploma as required by WES".

Please advise what should I do now ,how should I send it to WES ?
Would really appreciate your advise and guidance.

Is it necessary to get attestation from ibcc, my education is from karachi, i have done verification from matric and interboard, should i go for ibcc attestation n seal my envelop from there and ask them to send it to wes or get the seal envelop from matric or interboard office karachi, m so confused, i hope u can help me with this

Well, first I must admit that it's been more than two years since I went through this process and I have forgotten most of the steps. However, I searched a little on the internet and found following:

Yes you'll have to have IBCC assessment. In fact, IBCC is supposed to send your attested copies directly to WES. So, what you'll have to do is to go to the IBCC office with your documents, already attested by the inter and matric boards, and have those attested by IBCC. Once they're attested, you'll then take the WES form and request IBCC to make a sealed envelop, that'll include your IBCC attested documents and the WES form. That sealed document will either be sent directly by IBCC or you'll have to mail/courier it yourself to WES with IBCC's mailing address written on it.

Following is the detailed process that I found on another thread of this forum:

IBCC Attestation



a) Get IBCC Form & Voucher:
go to the IBCC office ( Directions: when you are coming out of the Inter board main building go to left where the information cell is located . next to it there is another block where IBCC office is
is located)in karachi, here take a form and voucher and fill it.

b) Pay IBCC fee:. Pay fee according to your number of documents in the bank as directed by IBCC

* Original certificate / Mark-sheet attestation fee is Rs 200 each
* Photocopy attestation fee is Rs 100 each.

There are no bank charges.

NOTE: it is compulsory to attest original documents, whether you wish or not. So you have to pay atleast 800Rs (200Rs X 4::for attesting Certificates & Mark-sheets of Inter & Metric)

c) Submission & receiving of documents:

Go back to IBCC office and submit form along following documents:

* copy of NIC
* voucher
* original documents ( i.e. Inter & Matric certificates and mark-sheets)
* Verified photocopies ( that you have already done from respective Broad offices, and IBCC will never return you these original Verified photocopies so keep Photostat before giving them as you have to send to WES as well)

Now they will give you receiving date ( usually after 3 days) and for safe side go after 3 days to get it . Now you have completed your process of IBCC attestation successfully.

I was really confused about ibcc attestation because someone was telling me that there is no need to get attestation from ibcc , only matric inter board verification is fine and then send to wes. One more thing i want to ask, do ibcc people update document attestation on their website?

Hmm... Well I'm not sure about IBCC, but HEC does for sure. I think you should call and ask them about this.

It's very easy to find out. Open the following link, it's a calculator that gives an estimated score which determines your eligibility for immigration. Follow the step-by-step process and provide the required information, truthfully . At the end of the process, it will tell points that you will get and tell you if you're eligible for immigration or not. Currently, people with a score of 430+ are getting invitations easily.

Please be informed that WES is not accepting ibcc. I have sent my documents twice. Twice went through ibcc process for attestation but all in vain.

Yes. Obviously. Ibcc will never attest ur documents until n unless they are verified by respective boards

well then we're back to square one. I guess you guys will have to call your respective boards and ask them if they offer such service. Contact info is easily available on the internet.

Hello all, I'm from Lahore and working in Saudi Arabia. Got my matriculation & intermediate degrees attested from IBCC and my Bachelors degree from HEC (also a photocopy of each document) for my job in KSA. Now I want to apply for Canadian immigration, can I used these photocopies? Plus I cannot visit Pakistan till Feb 2018, is there any way to get it done online or if my father/friend visits the HEC/IBCC offices? I'm confused or procrastinating the whole process because of this. Please guide. JazakAllah khyr!

GUYS PLEASE HELP ME WITH SIMPLE QUESTION.

Should we send Inter & Matric Documents ourselves(via DHL) or via respective boards. I am really confused because even some agents here in karachi are suggesting to send documents by ourselves thought it is clearly mentioned on the website that they will not accept the documents if they are not send by the respective board.

Please help me with my above question. Allah bless you all.
