Hi, I have a question on IMM 5406 Additional Family Information about step-brothers and step-sisters. Section C clearly asks for all siblings, including step. I have a question on what to consider a step-sibling. My father had re-married, bringing in a couple step-brothers. However my father has since passed away and my step-mother has re-married. Are these legally still my step siblings?

Any help greatly appreciated. :)
 
I would list them. There is no harm in listing them; if you don't, and the visa officer thinks you should have, there might be some questions. If you don't have their contact information, just attach a note explaining that. You can also explain how they are related to you, as you did here.
