Step By Step Process of a Spousal Sponsorship Application

I am just wondering if there is a thread where step by step process of what happens during a sponsorship application is explained. If there is not one, may be there is a need to create one. I myself am new here, so lack the knowledge to create one.

2. IRCC start processing application
3. Receive Acknowledgement of Receipt (AOR 1)
4. Link Application to Online Account

7. VO starts processing PR application (AOR 2)
8. Receive Request for Medical Exam
9. Medical Exam @ IRCC Panel Physician Clinic
10. Medical Exam Result
11. Passport Request (PPR)
12. Pick-up Permanent Residency Visa (PUM)

Thanks for the info. In which step, police clearance certificate is checked?

Age of my pcc will already be 2 months at step 1. If pcc checked by vo at step 7 then is there any chance that they might ask for new pcc?

I dont know if it is same for 2019 outlands as we r done with AOR, biometric, medical and SA... Nothing after that since april...

So once the medical has been submitted, I have to get a criminal check done, how long roughly does it take to complete my application after that has been submitted please?

What about an interview? There is also a security check (separate from the required Criminal Record Check) that is done, from my understanding. I don't know if there are any other steps not mentioned above.

Received first email from IRCC yesterday with subject "Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada: Information about Fxxxxxxxxx Correspondence Id: 1-xxxxxxxxxxx" which stated my UCI (Sponsor) and Application # (Applicant). Is this AOR 1?
