He can get POE when he arrives,or he check his online accountMy cousin still hasn't got his final approval letter (POE letter) even after 40 days of his application approval and VISA pasting on his pasport

I have seen people post it here severally,the application has been approved,so if you get at the boarder you will be issued POE and also you need to ask some agents,
