The doctor will interview you for previous known conditions/medical history (you and family)
The doctor will measure your blood pressure and listen to your lungs (inhaling and exhaling)
The doctor will request you to provide the urine sample (they will give you the sample container)
You will be directed to have your blood sample collected. (could be in the same clinic or another clinic, depending on where you perform your medical exam)
You will be directed to have an x-ray taken - chest. (could be in the same clinic or another clinic, depending on where you perform your medical exam)
The whole thing should take about 1 hour.
At the end they will give you the form that you will submit with your documents.
