STEM OINP - LETTER OF INTEREST

I currently fall under STEM for my primary NOC. I want to apply for a Team Manager role in another company sector.
Will I still be eligible for a STEM draw in the future? Do I have to change my primary noc if I change role or do I just keep the STEM noc as my primary?

whichever one you have majority exp in you would use it. The dec 14 draw was OINP HCP tech draw. It only contained 15 of all the stem occupations. So I would say, it would have to be your primary until nominated for sure.

Technically, I haven't applied for the role yet; I just wanted to confirm what happens in the future from a STEM perspective.

I read somewhere that if I have six months of experience within the last three years, then a candidate is eligible.

So, if I get this new job, do I update the primary role (since my profile will already obtain my STEM experience)?

Your new role only needs to be updated to primary noc once it has the longest work history relative to your other experiences. Even then once you have 6 months in the past 3 years you will be good. However, I don’t know how it will affect your OINP HCP application

I got ITA for OINP international student stream in January but I couldn’t submit the ITA bcos of employer form and it got expired. Now I have the employer form signed. And I am back in the pool again. Hope my failure to submit the first ITA will not affect my opportunity for another ITA? I just same profile for the old and new EOI. Thank you
