Staying with expired pr card

Staying with expired pr card the 730 day obligation I will be meeting at October 2013

so if i apply for urgent processing is that a good idea ? As I would be needed to travel my pr got expired on september 2012 and 2007 to 2010 didnt stay I stayed out of canada more than 1095 days so i cam at 2010 and after dat i started staying so i do stay with an expired card as which i am staying now and fill up the 730 day obligation which i will be meeting at october 2013 so can i apply for urgent processing giving the receipt and my ticket to them ?

You can apply for urgent processing but do not apply until you meet the residency requirements, that is October 2013 or later.
