got pr card in 2007 currently fulfilling the 730 days requirement my card got expired august 2012 so i fulfill the 730 day 2013 september

buti have expired pr card so i just wanted to know can i apply for citizenship after 3 years with expired pr card ?

Yes, as long as you have the 3 years residency. But if you have 2 years of residency now, why don't you renew it?
